Im no health expert, but my mother being a registered dietitian, i've grown up eating healthy and doing physical activity. When I was little I was very adventurous and wasnt afraid to try new things, much like I am today. My mom always trys to cook new and exiting recipies, so we never get board of our family dinners.She also makes me yummy food for school lunches and her cooking really inspired me to make delicious, yet nutritious food and treats! Throughout theese pages i will share with you some of my healthy recipies and workouts im enjoying. Have fun!
