A bowl full o' smothie

Looking for an easy and healthy breakfast idea? Well you are just in luck, because today I am going to share with you how to make a strawberry smoothie bowl. What I love about this breakfast option , is that not only is it delicious, but it's very fun to make and be creative with it. You can use any smoothie recipe and decorate it with anything you want.

Indigents for strawberry smoothie:

serves 1-2 people

Milk (I used vanilla almond milk)

1 bannanna

frozen strawberries

1 cup of Greek Strawberry banana yogurt.

Directions:

Mix all ingredients into a blender

Poor desired amount into bowl(s)

Decorate

Oh and take a pic of course ;)

How you decorate it is totally up to you, but some toppings I recomond are;

coconut

berries

chia seeds

flaxseeds

peaches

chopped nuts

granola

bananas

shredded chocolate
